OTHER PROJECTS
Okyeman Association of New England, Worcester, Mass USA undertakes numerous projects which benefits the people of both Worcester, Mass and the okyeman township in ghana. the organization of the annual clean up in specific places in the worcester county is one of our projects which we undertake to help keep our community clean.
Also the Okyeman Association of New England has over the years under take a number of projects back home to help the people of Akyim and Ghana as a whole.
These projects includes the Donation of food items and computer to OSenase Orphanage (worth $2500), partnered with REC(Regional Environmental Council) to cleanup Institute Park on World Earth Day, Donation of used clothing, toys and bicycles to Osenase Orphanage,
Sponsorship of Odwiratuo Festival ( Donated $500 to Okyeman Council, Ghana), Freight of Environmental Text Books from Yale University to University College of Agriculture and Environmental Studies (UCAES),
Short Term Goals:
Work with our partners and sponsors to develop a road map in supporting development projects in Ghana and Worcester.
