Computer Donation to Dwenase Youth Association

Opanin Bosompem, the local representative of OANE made the presentation to the Dwenase association. 

Also in attendance were Messrs Castro, Obeng Danquah- Assemblyman of Dwenase, Kwabena Okyere- Secretary of the Association, Alex Oduro- Financial Secretary of the Association.

Mr. Boapim gave a brief overview of the Association and its mission. The  association was created to unite the youth in the Dwenase community and foster the development of their hometown. 

Opanin Bosompem commended the Association for their enthusiasm and diligence in bringing remarkable changes to their community. He encouraged them to remain united and disciplined.   

Mr. Castro Obeng-Danquah said he was overwhelmed at the number of computers donated as it far exceeded their expectations. He said some Dwenase students who had never seen or used a computer scored high marks in the last basic ICT examination.

He expressed gratitude to Okyeman Association  especially Kwabena Kyei-Aboagye and Dr. Robert Krueger(WPI) for responding so quickly to their request.
